What You’ll Do

  • Assist in creating and scheduling content for various social media platforms
  • Collaborate with designers and strategists to bring creative ideas to life
  • Help research and identify the latest social media trends and viral content
  • Support the team in managing content calendars and posting schedules
  • Draft copy for social media posts that captures each brand’s unique voice
  • Be a part of brainstorms where wild ideas are always welcome

Digital Strategist

We are looking for a Digital strategist to research, ideate, develop, track and optimize digital marketing campaigns for clients across different industrial verticals.

What does a Digital Marketing Executive do?

You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
Digital marketing executives will work with the marketing teams, supporting teams (such as programmers, designers), and vendors to launch campaigns on time and on budget.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

  • You’re not responsible to bring in new clients (this is not a sales position). You are responsible to keep and grow your clients with Remarkable Client Experiences, Remarkable Excellence, and Remarkable ROI.
  • Our digital marketing projects include both “traditional” digital marketing such as SEO and Content Marketing as well as web design & development projects.

Requirements

  • Proven working experience in digital marketing
    (1-3 Yrs. of Experience atleast)
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Omniture, WebTrends, MixPanel)
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools (eg. DoubleClick)
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking, to be able to dissect existing campaigns and present analytical proof
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Should understand Communications, Branding, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations

Tools

  • Should be well versed with MS word, Power-point and Excel
  • Must know how to use Google Analytics
  • Knows how to use Ad Managers eg. LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, Adwords
  • Working knowledge of Adsense and DoubleClick
  • Knows in and out of FB Page and Business Ad Manager
  • Ability to understand SEO & Traffic Reports of SEMRush, Moz , Ahref.
  • Brownie points for
    • Other tools you are well versed with
      eg. Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop etc
    • Other advertising & social platforms you are comfortable using
      eg. Reddit Ads, Amazon Advertsing, Pintrest Ads, Twitch Ads
