We’re growing fast and looking for a Senior BD Executive who can spot opportunities, close deals, and grow our global footprint.
Role Overview
As our Senior Business Development Executive, you’ll be the face of Social Donut to potential clients. You’ll lead discovery calls, pitch creative solutions, build partnerships, and drive revenue. If you love consultative selling and can hustle with heart, this one’s for you.
Responsibilities
- Own outbound sales: generate and qualify leads via email, LinkedIn, networking, and events
- Pitch Social Donut’s creative + performance offerings to startups, scale-ups, and growth-stage brands
- Build and manage a sales pipeline across India, UAE, UK, and SEA
- Customize proposals with the strategy and creative team to win high-ticket deals
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets
- Maintain CRM hygiene, reporting, and client records
- Represent the agency at industry events and webinars
- Share market intelligence and pitch feedback with the team to refine our GTM
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in creative, marketing, or SaaS
- Proven track record of closing B2B deals
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Understanding of digital marketing, design, branding, or influencer campaigns
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agency-style environment
Bonus Points
- Experience selling to international markets (US, UAE, SEA, UK)
- Worked in or with creative agencies or performance marketing companies
- Familiar with tools like HubSpot, Apollo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator

Role Overview
We’re looking for a Motion Designer who’s obsessed with clean transitions, crisp typography, and storytelling through animation. You’ll work closely with the creative and strategy teams to craft short-form content, ads, social reels, explainers, and design-led animations for both brands and creators.
Responsibilities
- Design and animate motion graphics for brand videos, social media content, reels, ads, and campaigns
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and creative strategists to develop visual stories
- Translate static designs into animated masterpieces
- Develop short-form animated assets for UGC/influencer campaigns
- Take ownership of projects from concept to final delivery, with attention to brand guidelines and aesthetic quality
- Stay updated with the latest animation trends, tools, and meme culture (yes, that helps)
- Edit footage (when needed) to blend video and animation for social content
- Participate in brainstorms and pitch your ideas fearlessly
Tools You Should Know
- After Effects (Required)
- Premiere Pro / Final Cut
- Photoshop, Illustrator
- Figma (basic knowledge)

Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in motion design, animation, or post-production
- A stunning portfolio with a mix of brand, social, and storytelling-led motion content
- Strong understanding of composition, typography, and timing
- Ability to turn a boring brief into an engaging piece of content
- Good taste in music and sound design (not mandatory, but we’ll notice)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Bonus Points
- Experience with motion design for DTC, SaaS, or creator brands
- Familiarity with performance marketing and creative testing
- Strong meme game and sense of humor
As a Sr Graphic Designer at Social Donut, you’ll be the secret ingredient that transforms ordinary designs into extraordinary masterpieces. You’ll be the pixel pusher who conjures up captivating visuals that make hearts skip a beat.
Key Responsibilities
- Chasing rainbows and unicorns (well, not literally, but you’ll be creating designs that are just as magical).
- Breathing life into brands through stunning visuals, from logos to websites and everything in between.
- Playing with typography like a kid in a candy store, finding the perfect font to match every brand’s personality.
- Mastering tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and/or Affinity Design Suite like a seasoned wizard.
- Collaborating with our team of creative geniuses to concoct design potions that will enchant our clients.
Qualifications
- A portfolio that sparkles with creativity and showcases your design prowess. (brownie points)
