Role Overview

We’re looking for a full-stack Ads Generalist who can launch and scale paid campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, and beyond. You’ll collaborate with design and strategy teams to craft, test, and optimize creatives that don’t just look good—but convert.

Responsibilities

  • Launch, manage, and scale paid campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and TikTok
  • Build and test full-funnel strategies (TOF/MOF/BOF) across platforms
  • Write sharp briefs for creatives (static, reels, carousels, videos, etc.)
  • Collaborate with design & motion team to execute high-performing creatives
  • Monitor campaign performance and iterate toward KPIs (CPL, ROAS, CTR, CPM)
  • Set up tracking, pixels, UTMs, custom conversions, and analytics integrations
  • Report performance insights and growth ideas weekly/monthly
  • Stay on top of platform trends, formats, and algorithm shifts

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience with Meta + Google Ads
  • Working knowledge of LinkedIn Ads (for B2B and lead gen)
  • Experience running TikTok Ads or short-form video campaigns is a plus
  • Strong understanding of CAC, ROAS, LTV, conversion rates
  • Fluent in Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics
  • Comfortable working on multiple brands and industries in parallel

  • Agency or performance marketing background

Role Overview

As our Senior Business Development Executive, you’ll be the face of Social Donut to potential clients. You’ll lead discovery calls, pitch creative solutions, build partnerships, and drive revenue. If you love consultative selling and can hustle with heart, this one’s for you.

Responsibilities

  • Own outbound sales: generate and qualify leads via email, LinkedIn, networking, and events
  • Pitch Social Donut’s creative + performance offerings to startups, scale-ups, and growth-stage brands
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline across India, UAE, UK, and SEA
  • Customize proposals with the strategy and creative team to win high-ticket deals
  • Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets
  • Maintain CRM hygiene, reporting, and client records
  • Represent the agency at industry events and webinars

Requirements

What does a Digital Marketing Executive do?

You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
Digital marketing executives will work with the marketing teams, supporting teams (such as programmers, designers), and vendors to launch campaigns on time and on budget.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

Requirements

  • Proven working experience in digital marketing
    (1-3 Yrs. of Experience atleast)
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
