Role Overview
We’re looking for a Video Editor who can turn raw footage into thumb-stopping, binge-worthy content. You’ll be editing reels, ad creatives, founder-led videos, influencer campaigns, and everything in between. If you love shaping stories, adding energy through smart cuts, and can adapt your style from crisp corporate to TikTok chaos—we want you.
Responsibilities
- Edit short-form and long-form content for social media, campaigns, and brand videos
- Turn raw footage, scripts, and storyboards into polished final outputs
- Work closely with motion designers, designers, and creative strategists
- Edit and repurpose influencer/UGC footage for multiple formats (Reels, Shorts, Stories, Ads)
- Add music, sound effects, subtitles, transitions, and graphic overlays where needed
- Manage post-production timelines and file organization like a pro
- Suggest content formats and visual styles that match platform trends
- Maintain brand consistency across all video assets
Tools & Skills
- Premiere Pro(Required)
- After Effects (basic understanding a big plus)
- Photoshop, Canva, Figma (working knowledge)
- Audio editing, color grading, and pacing finesse
- Bonus: Experience with AI tools like Runway, Descript, or CapCut for speed and remixing
Requirements
- 1–3 years of professional experience in video editing
- A strong portfolio or showreel with social-first edits
- Understanding of content formats across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn
- Ability to work fast without compromising on quality
- Obsessed with timing, rhythm, and storytelling
- Comfort with fast turnarounds and multiple concurrent projects
Nice to Have
- Worked on UGC/influencer content before
- Experience editing performance marketing creatives
- Passion for content, pop culture, and platform trends
